1. SERVICES
We provide graphic design services and magazine advertising space. The specific
scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be communicated to you
directly and confirmed prior to work beginning.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any
project at our discretion.
2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are processed through Shopify Payments, our third-party payment
processor. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment to be
collected. We do not directly store or handle your payment card information --
that information is managed securely by Shopify in accordance with their own
privacy and security standards.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. You will
be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.
3. PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND REVISIONS
Details regarding deliverables, revision rounds, and timelines will be agreed
upon before a project begins. Once a project is completed and final files are
delivered, additional changes may be subject to additional fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by a failure to provide necessary
information, approvals, or materials in a timely manner.
4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please refer to our Refund Policy available on the Site for full details
regarding cancellations, refunds, and project changes.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site -- including logos, images, copy, and design work --
is the property of Hole in One Magazine Inc or its licensors. You may not
reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom design files created
specifically for you will transfer to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. ADVERTISING CONTENT
By submitting content for magazine ad placement, you confirm that you own or
have the rights to all materials provided, and that your content does not
infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse or remove
any advertisement that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be inappropriate
or in violation of applicable law.
We do not guarantee specific placement position, circulation numbers, or
advertising results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hole in One Magazine Inc shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim related to
our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in
question.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last
Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any
changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which
