GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES

All graphic design services come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're

not satisfied within that window, contact us and we'll issue a full refund --

no hassle.

Once you've approved the final work, any further requests will be reviewed

at our discretion.

MAGAZINE ADVERTISING

If you need to cancel your ad placement, you have 3 days from the date of

purchase to request a full refund. Once work has begun, we are unable to

offer refunds as a standard policy. If you have an exceptional circumstance,

reach out and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

BILLING ERRORS AND DUPLICATE CHARGES

If you were charged incorrectly or billed more than once for the same order,

we will make it right. Contact us with your order details and we'll resolve

it promptly.
